| Delivery & Cancellation Policy | |
| All Limpia Creek custom hats have a standard 6 month delivery schedule.
Please notify Limpia Creek Hats at the time of purchase under “NOTES” of any special shipping arrangements needed, i.e. holidays, birthdays, special occasions, etc. 75% refund available within 30 days of order. Usually materials have been ordered and hat production has begun within four weeks – after that time, no refunds will be given. Once a custom order is complete the purchaser will be notified. Shipping will be paid for through the website or the hat can be picked up at Limpia Creek Hats within 90 days. After 90 days, the hat will be re-shelved and sold. |
